Yes, the remaining balance can be used to place subsequent orders.

Yes, you can pay for a product on discount using your card balance.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are non-refundable, but orders placed with gift card balance are exchangeable and refundable. When processing a refund, the amount will be returned to the balance of your gift card.

At Down The Road, we're committed to enhancing your experience on the bike with high end materials and sleek designs. Ensure your gear stays top-notch with these tips:
1- Select a gentle washing mode and ensure that the water temperature does not go beyond 30°C.
2- Opt for liquid or natural soaps while avoiding bleaches and softeners.
3- You can either use a laundry bag or wash your cycling clothes separately.
4- Turn your garment inside out and close the zipper.
5- Lay your clothes flat to dry, air dry in shade, avoid machine drying and don't iron your cycling apparel.
Remember:
- Follow the instruction given yo your in your package.
- Sort clothes by color.
- Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning.
- Soaking isn't ideal.

Returns
Got a change of heart? No worries! You have a whole 30 days from when you receive your item to return it.
To make sure your return goes smoothly, just remember:
1. Keep the item in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still on, and in its original packaging.
2. Hang on to your receipt or proof of purchase.
