Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all tags attached, and sent back in their original packaging. Trying something on at home, the way you would in a shop, is fine.

Custom, personalised and team kit cannot be returned unless it is faulty, as it is made to your order.

Sale items follow the same 30-day policy.

How to return

1. Email info@downtheroad.cc with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we reply. Parcels sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
3. Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item (see below).

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping you paid at checkout. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

If an item comes back worn, washed, damaged or without its tags, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Exchanges

The quickest way to change a size or colour is to return the item and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please email info@downtheroad.cc with photos as soon as you can. We'll arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund. Under EU law, you have a 3-year legal guarantee against faults present at delivery, in addition to this policy.

Your EU right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To use it, email info@downtheroad.cc with a clear statement, or use the model withdrawal form below. Our 30-day policy above gives you more time than this minimum and doesn't reduce your rights.
