Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over €250, worldwide. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from Spain or Ukraine, depending on where the items are in stock. Occasionally one order ships in two parcels, each with its own tracking.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 (Spanish time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Later orders go out the next working day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in about 3 working days after dispatch. Some destinations outside Europe can take longer. Delays can happen at peak times or in customs.

Taxes and duties

• EU: prices include VAT. There's nothing more to pay on delivery — including for parcels sent from Ukraine, where we pay the import VAT.
• Outside the EU: no EU VAT is charged. Your country may charge import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees on delivery; these are paid by you.

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid duties or taxes, we refund the order once it's back with us, minus the original shipping cost and any return charges from the carrier.

Address

Please check your address at checkout. To change it, email us as soon as possible — we can't change it once the parcel has left.

Failed delivery

If a parcel comes back to us because of a carrier error, we reship it free of charge. If it comes back because the address was wrong, delivery was refused or the parcel wasn't collected, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost; a reshipment would be at your cost.
