SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship from
We ship orders from Spain and, in some cases, from Ukraine.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after purchase (business days). During peak periods, launches, or high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Tracking
Tracking is provided as soon as possible after dispatch. Once available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows (if shown) are provided at checkout and should be considered estimates. Delays can occur due to carrier capacity, weather, peak season, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, duties & taxes (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by local authorities or the carrier.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the order value excluding the original shipping costs once the items are returned to us and inspected.
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Failed delivery / returned to sender
If an order is returned to origin because the carrier couldn’t deliver the package due to carrier negligence, we will cover the cost of the first reshipment.
If the carrier operated correctly but the parcel was returned due to causes outside the carrier’s responsibility (for example: incorrect address provided, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point), we will refund the order value excluding original shipping costs once the parcel is returned to us and inspected. Any reshipment in these cases is not covered.
Split shipments
In some cases, your order may ship in more than one package or from different locations (Spain and/or Ukraine). If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers (where available).
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
