Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our mistake or the item is defective/damaged—see below).

If available for your location, we may provide a prepaid return label. If the return is not due to our error, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or confirmed damage), we will arrange a pickup with our carrier at the same address where the parcel was delivered, at no cost to you.

Return-to-sender (failed delivery / undelivered parcels)

If an order is returned to origin because the carrier couldn’t deliver the package due to carrier negligence, we will cover the cost of the first reshipment.

If the carrier operated correctly but the parcel was returned due to causes outside the carrier’s responsibility (for example: incorrect address provided, refusal of delivery, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a pickup point), we will refund the order value excluding the original shipping costs. Any reshipment in these cases is not covered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items, team/custom kits)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
